To draw Jigglypuff, follow step-by-step drawings below. The new lines in each step are shown in red, and each step is explained in the text below the photo, so you'll know exactly what to draw in each step.
Intro: Start off with a pencil sketch. In the beginning stages, don’t press down too hard. Use light, smooth strokes for sketching.
Step 1: Draw a circle near the middle of the paper as a guide for Jigglypuff's head/body. First make four marks to determine the circle's height and width. Then connect the marks using curved lines to complete the circle. For every step, sketch lightly at first so that it's easy to erase if you make a mistake. If you're struggling to draw the circle, just trace the outer rim of a circular object like a bowl or a lid.
Step 2: Draw a curved vertical line across the circle as a guide to help you place this Pokemon's facial features later. Closer to the bottom, draw a curved horizontal construction line for another guide line.
That's it for the guides! For the next steps, use darker lines for a more defined drawing of Jigglypuff from Pokemon.
Step 3: Sitting directly on top of the horizontal construction line, draw two circles for Jigglypuff's eyes. The circles should be separated by the vertical construction line. Pay attention to how big these circles are in relation to the rest of the head/body. The eye on the left should be a bit narrower because of the perspective.
Step 4: Inside each eye, draw a smaller circle for Jigglypuff's irises. The irises should be very close to the edges of the eyes. Inside each iris, draw a tiny circle to represent glare/highlight.
