Step 11: Draw a long oval for Toadette's eye. Draw it sitting on top of the horizontal construction line and to the left of the vertical construction line. Shade it in except for a tiny circle to represent glare. On the right side of the vertical construction line, draw a small, thick curved line for the winking eye. You could draw an oval here instead if you don't want Toadette to be winking.
Step 12: Use the D shape as a guide to draw Toadette's mouth. Follow the basic path of the shape but make the line curvier as you darken it. Inside the shape, draw another curved line for the tongue.
Step 13: Use the original circle as a guide to draw Toadette's head. Follow the basic path of the circle as you darken the line, but make the top part flatter. Add a curved line at the bottom for the neck.
Step 14: Darken the shape on top of the head to create Toadette's hat. Inside the shape, add a big circle in the middle. Draw a couple of lines on the sides for the other circles that aren't completely visible.
Step 15: Use line on the left as a guide to draw Toadette's arm. Follow the path of the guide as you make the arm thicker. Draw the hand at the end by using the initial circle as a guide. Use a few curved lines to show the hand and fingers curving backward.
