Step 11: Darken in the shape of Luigi's eyes. Draw two curved lines inside each of his eyes for his irises. Inside each curve, draw small ovals for his pupils. Shade in Luigi's pupils but leave a small circle near the top unshaded to represent glare.
Step 12: Above each eye, draw two crescent moon shapes on their sides. These will be Luigi's eyebrows. Draw the right eyebrow narrower than the left because of the curvature of Luigi's face.
Step 13: Darken in the shape of Luigi's ear and make it come inside the circle a bit. Draw two curved lines within the ear shape to represent the inside of Luigi's ear.
Step 14: The hat is a bit tricky, so this section about how to draw Luigi's hat is broken down into two steps. First darken in the curve above Luigi's face. Below that curve draw a line that goes behind the right eyebrow and ends near the top of the curve you just drew and just outside of the main oval. Now draw a small line from the vertical construction line to the right eyebrow.
Step 15: Tighten the top of Luigi's hat by drawing along the original curve but dip it slightly inward near the back above his ear. Draw a circle on the front of the hat and a letter L within the circle.
