Step 10: Add the mouth by first drawing a sloping horizontal line under Lincoln's eyes and nose. Then draw a curved line for the bottom of the mouth. The overall shape should be similar to the letter D on its side. The mouth should take up most of the space below the horizontal construction line.

Step 11: Inside the mouth, at the top, draw a W-shaped line for the front teeth. At the bottom of the mouth, draw a curved line for Lincoln's tongue.

Step 12: To the left of the head, draw a C-shaped line for Lincoln Loud's ear. Inside the ear, draw a couple of curved lines for the inner structure.

Step 13: Use the original circle as a guide to draw the shape of the head. Follow the basic path of the circle to form the shape of the head but make it taller at the top. Lincoln's head is more like an oval than a circle, pay attention to where the line is compared to the initial circle guide. Darken the initial circle guide by his chin and forehead. On the top side near his ear, and on the right near his right eye and nose, draw the line farther from the initial circle.

Step 14: Draw a couple of curved lines near the top of the head for the first part of the hair. The first part of the line should curve toward the eye, then back up to the eyebrow. The second part of the line should curve toward the right side of the head. Above Lincoln's ear, draw a couple of curved vertical lines for the sides of the hair.
