Step 11: Draw a couple of long curved lines under Starfire's nose for her open mouth. Use the bottom of the main circle and the construction lines as guides for the placement of the mouth.

Step 12: Draw another line on the top part of the mouth for Starfire's teeth. Draw a smaller line on the side to complete the side of the mouth and another small curved line at the bottom for the tongue.

Step 13: Starfire's hair is a bit tricky, so it's divided into two parts. First draw the front of the hair or the bangs. Draw three small V-shaped lines on either side of the vertical construction line for the bottom of the bangs. Then draw a long curved line above each set of V's for the top part of the bangs.

Step 14: Now draw the second part of Starfire's hair. Draw a long curved line that starts on the top part of the bangs on the left, curve over the head and down toward the shoulder on the right. Now draw two long, pointy set of lines on either side of the head for the rest of Starfire's hair.

Step 15: Use the main circle as a guide to draw the side and bottom of Starfire's face. Follow the basic path of the shapes as you darken the line to create the face and chin. Use the curved C-shaped line on the right as a guide to draw the ear. Darken the line and draw a couple more lines within it to represent the structure.
