Use blue to draw a fluffy cloud by using curved lines. Then use red, yellow and blue again to draw a lighting shape by drawing a series of angled lines that come to a point. Now color her skin light blue. Her main and tail resembles a rainbow and from top to bottom use purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red. Use different shades of pink for her eyes. That’s it!
